The Sitting Club™ holds the customer responsible for choosing size. In the event a customer is unsatisfied with the size they have chosen they will be responsible for the shipping fees incurred in returning the item. The Sitting Club™ will ship the new item back to the customer for free.

If an item is damaged such as discoloration, ripped or misprinted The Sitting Club™ will replace it free of charge with the same item, provided stock is still available; replace with an item of equal value or provide a full refund. 30 day replacement from the day of order.
